Antony Miller is the Director of Operations for Penrose Options, one of the founder members of the Social Interest Group.
He currently leads the delivery of Penrose’s social care and recovery services, for people who have multiple needs ranging from forensic mental health, personality disorders, offenders – IOM, older people, travellers, sex workers, and multiple issues that challenge family and victims of domestic violence.
Antony is driven by a belief that ‘everyone deserves the chance of a positive life’. His work is underpinned by the Penrose values of promoting equality and diversity, delivering excellence and innovation, empowerment of service users, valuing staff and harnessing their full potential.
Antony brings a strong commercial foundation, built on an excellent track record of delivering on government Welfare-to-Work contracts, within a payment by results framework. He is a dynamic and entrepreneurial operational/contract manager, with over 15 years of achievement and success. Antony offers a keen business perspective within a changing economic and commissioning landscape, where his tenacity and change management skills support growth and service user integration.
