Maria joined the Trust in 2007, initially as Executive Director of Corporate Development, and was appointed Chief Executive in July 2008, having already served nine months as Acting Chief Executive. Maria has a background in the private and voluntary sectors and the NHS. Before joining the Trust, she was Executive Director of Corporate Development, Communications and Partnerships at the former North West London Strategic Health Authority.
